In 1974, James "Jim" A. Wallace, son of the late J.A. Wallace, Jr., joined the firm and spent years strengthening and promoting property management and sales of quality homes in prestigious neighborhoods. Jim is the Chief Financial Officer for the company. He assumes the role of Managing Broker at the Bearden Hill office and oversees the accounting, property management, marketing and advertising departments
Jim's brother, George C. Wallace, joined the firm in 1984, and along with Charles Wallace worked together listing and selling fine homes. Using high business standards, the trio worked diligently establishing the firm as a leader in selling quality homes and training full time associates. George is currently the Chief Operating Officer for the company, Broker of the Blount County office, and oversees the relocation, commercial and training divisions of CBWW.
In March 1988, Wallace & Wallace affiliated with Coldwell Banker Residential Affiliates, Inc. This dynamic national association combined with a well-known local company with a strong client base, gives Coldwell Banker Wallace & Wallace a complete package with which to market real estate.
